Olga started in classical ballet. Then came aerial acrobatics, yoga and pole. She competed, travelled and studied, and in 2013 she opened her first school. Today Bodyflow is a dance studio where women come to dance, express themselves and feel more confident, on their own terms.

Heels, tricks, floorwork and choreography. Pole technique combined with dance transitions.
Splits, hip openers, backbends and shoulders, made for dancers. Gentle to moderate.
Slow, flowing movement in fabric hammocks. Work on balance, lines and stretch.

No. Most of our classes are for all levels, and we guide you from your very first class. Open practice is the only one where you need to know the basics.
For pole dance, shorts and a crop top, because bare skin helps you grip. For exotic, add heels and knee pads. For aerial, leggings that cover the back of your knees and a fitted top. For flexibility and twerk, anything comfortable you can move in.
