FOUNDER OF THE BODY FLOW STUDIO
Olga is an internationally acknowledged class trainer in yoga, fitness and aerial acrobatics, who began her sports career from early childhood.
She initially graduated from a school of Russian classical ballet, after which she traveled the world to pursue aerial acrobatics and train with the best in her field.
From her very first pole dancing lesson, Olga realized that this sport was enticing and original to her, thus dedicated a lot of time to developing and perfecting new skills. Soon enough, only three months after her first lesson, she decided to challenge herself and applied for the Pole Art International Competition.
Having accomplished first place in her category, Olga realized that she was interested in sharing self-development techniques with other people and so, in 2013, she opened her very own aerial acrobatics school for adults and children.
To further improve her qualifications, in 2016 she accomplished a Personal Trainer certification from the ISSA (International Sports Science Association).
Another sphere Olga is fully dedicated to is Yoga; in 2010, this became part of her permanent sports development. She became interested in practices such as holotropic breathing, Ayurveda and Ashtanga yoga. This marked the beginning of her immersion in the spiritual depth related to yoga, while also initiated her meticulous study of various body-oriented practices. Her desire to become a teacher transformed into a clearly laid-out path and by the end of 2016, she flew to India to obtain qualifications as a yoga coach by following the international course "Yoga Alliance USA & U.K.".
Currently, she continues to conduct group and personal classes in aerial acrobatics, stretching and yoga at Dance Studio Moon. Meanwhile, she regularly takes part in sports competitions, master classes, and seminars to develop her professionalism and to keep up with the latest trends in her field of sports and spiritual growth. She further organizes camps, championships and seminars in support of the sports community and healthy lifestyle development.
